Original Paintings
Every original painting is deeply personal and important to me. I package each with the utmost care and attention. Please allow me 2-4 days to ensure everything is perfect and ready for safe transit. I eagerly await the moment you lay eyes on your new art!
Commissioned Pieces
Commissioned paintings are collaborative journeys, special to both of us. After completion and receipt of the final payment, I personally ensure top-notch packaging and shipping. We agree on the timeline at the start, and I adhere to it, honoring our agreement and your trust in my art.
More Details on Shipping & Insurance
As an artist, I want your new piece to arrive safely at its new home. Here's what you need to know:I carefully package and ship all artwork via FedEx or UPS, with basic insurance included: FedEx covers $500, and UPS covers $100. However, please note that once your artwork leaves my studio, I am not responsible for damages that may of happened during transit. If there are any damages to your art, please contact me to take further steps with the shipping company about starting a claim. Take photos/video of the damaged art , back and front sides along with the box it came in. Your claim will only be covered up to these basic insurance amounts unless you request additional coverage. Want extra protection? I get it! Just let me know right after your purchase, and I'll arrange additional insurance through FedEx (Fedex has a maximum liability for ALL artwork and will only allow coverage up to $1,000 ). This requested coverage requires your signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign, shipping company will be unable to leave your package and will try again the next day otherwise, you will have to coronate a time with the shipping company for delivery. When your artwork ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey (please check your spam/junk folder incase this info was not received). Standard delivery with its basic insurance, doesn't require a signature and will be left at your door unless you've opted for the $1,000 coverage. If you have any special shipping requests, or would like to request more insurance (additional cost) please don't hesitate to reach out before I ship.
