Do you offer returns on originals & commissions?
When you invest in an original or a commissioned piece, you’re not just buying art; you’re acquiring a fragment of my passion and artistic journey. Because of this deeply personal connection, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your artwork is damaged during transit—an extremely rare occurrence—I share your heartbreak. Should damage occur, (see shipping info about insurance) you’ll need to file a claim with the shipping company used, providing your tracking number sent when your artwork was dispatched. Taking photos of the damaged art and the original box is recommended by the claims department.
What happens if your artwork goes missing.
Sometimes, even with the best intentions, things don’t go as planned. If you’re waiting on a piece from my collection, and it’s marked as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, I encourage you to double-check the shipping address in your confirmation email. It’s a small detail, but it’s always good to confirm. Now, if there’s a mix-up because of an address error, I’m really sorry, but I can’t replace the painting at no charge. Each of my creations is a one-of-a-kind reflection of a moment in my artistic journey, and it’s just not something that can be replicated or replaced. If your artwork ends up back with me due to delivery issues, I’m more than happy to send it out again, though I’ll need to ask for help with the additional shipping costs. And here’s something really important: I can’t recreate a painting without charge if it’s lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. Every painting is unique, and once a piece is gone, we lose something truly special. I pour my heart into every work, and I deeply value each of you who connects with my art. It’s important to me that you know I’m here, doing everything I can to ensure your chosen piece reaches you safely. Thank you for understanding and sharing in this artistic adventure with me.
Should any concerns arise, I’m here to help.
